This Guidebook is meant to give you an overview of NC divorce law in words you can understad (not legalese). It will explain some of your options, and in general help you prepare for divorce. If you are already going through a divorce, then you want to be prepared so that you can protect your assets, your children, your investments, and anything else important to you.
By my request above I understand that requesting and receiving information from the McIlveen Family Law Firm and/attorneys of the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. I agree that I am not requesting legal advice. I understand that by evidence of my signature above I am requesting only general education materials and not advice specific to any case. I understand that if I wish to retain an attorney with the McIlveen Family Law Firm I must sign a contract and pay the applicable fee. Additionally, I understand and agree to the Terms. I agree to be contacted and to receive educational materials from the McIlveen Family Law Firm.
